In this 3-hour workshop, you will: 🧠 Explore the conscious and unconscious processes that shape your lived experience. 🤝 Befriend the part of you designed for survival and learn to shift from surviving to thriving. 🌱 Understand yourself through the lens of your nervous system. 🛠️ Learn practical breathwork techniques and nervous system tools that you can easily integrate into your daily life. 🧘 Experience deeply relaxing and restorative breathwork alongside like-minded individuals. 📖 Receive a workbook with learning material and exercises to perform at home. This workshop is designed to invigorate your body and relax your mind, offering a serene space to reconnect with yourself.
