BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND Join us for Breathe-Splash-Chat, a refreshing morning event designed to help you recharge and reconnect. We’ll start with a calming and uplifting breathwork session in nature, followed by a splash in the iconic Newcastle Bogey Hole. Connect with with like-minded women and expand your tribe. This is your opportunity to carve out some time just for you! Why Breathe-Splash-Chat? This event is all about carving out dedicated time—for yourself, for connection, for reflection, and for growth. It’s a chance to embrace joy, share laughter, and immerse yourself in the supportive energy of other women. Through breathwork, ocean swims, and open conversations, we create space to recharge, reconnect, and simply enjoy the moment together. Event Details: - Date: Saturday 9th November - Time: Meet at 6.45am - Location: King Edward Park, Newcastle, NSW - Cost: $27.00 Note: This event is not eligible for any discounts. Please read the cancellation policy. This is a women-only event. Cancellation Policy Please be aware that all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or any circumstances beyond the organiser's control. In the event of inclement weather, your payment will be applied toward a suitable future event. Thank you for your understanding. Additionally, all participants must complete the breathwork health screening form prior to attending the event. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry without a refund. If you have previously completed a health screening form with Melanie Briony, you do not need to complete it again.
